Leader's BYSPRINT 3012 laser
cutter made by BYSTRONIC allows us to offer our
clients unique custom CAD designed sheet steel products.

- Our BYSPRINT 3012 can cut light gauge sheet
metal accurately and twice as fast as traditional laser cutting
equipment.
- Can cut structural steel, stainless steel, and various aluminum
alloys.

- Quality cuts eliminate the need for extra finishing, often
required by other cutting systems saving time and extra costs.
Automation
The laser has a rotating shuttle table system
that allows for loading and unloading while the laser is cutting.
Has a full 3000 mm x 1200 mm bed to accommodate
standard 4x10 sheet metal.
It has a crane lift with suction cups that allows
for easy loading of sheet metal.
The laser cutter has given us the ability to
expand our capacity in the manufacturing of custom, consumer and
specialty products. |
Production Design and Innovation
Leader's laser cutter is used to cut many parts
for its three manufacturing divisions.
The FairWeather
division produces commercial and institutional grade benches,
trash receptacles, ash urns, planters, picnic tables and bollards.
Cara
Designs, the retail fixture and display division, designs
and produces unique lobby stands for one of the world's largest
jewelry chain stores. The Company also makes counter-top displays,
counter-top mirrors and accessory displays.
